You can create pricing plans for individual batches. This allows you to define how students pay for a class, whether through duration-based plans or class-based pricing.

By attaching pricing plans to a batch, you can offer structured payment options and manage them directly from the batch dashboard.

Accessing Pricing Plans for a Batch

To create or manage pricing plans:

  1. Go to the Batches tab.

  2. Locate the batch for which you want to set pricing.

  3. Click the Plans button on the batch card.

This will open the pricing plans section for that specific batch.

Creating a Pricing Plan

You can create a new pricing plan that students can subscribe to for that batch.

Steps to Create a Plan

  1. Click Create Plan.

  2. Enter a Label for the plan (for example: Base Plan).

  3. Select the Pricing Type:

    • Duration Based – Payment based on a time period (for example: monthly, quarterly, yearly).

    • Class Based – Payment based on a fixed number of sessions.

  4. Choose the Duration Unit or Number of Classes

  5. Enter the Amount and select the Currency.

  6. Optionally add a Description for the plan.

  7. Click Create Plan.

The plan will now be attached to that batch.

Managing Existing Pricing Plans

Once plans are created, you can manage them from the same section.

Edit Plans

You can update pricing details, labels, or descriptions if your pricing structure changes.

Deactivate Plans

If a pricing option is no longer available, you can deactivate it. This prevents new enrollments under that plan.

Reactivate Plans

Previously deactivated plans can be reactivated whenever needed.

Filtering Pricing Plans

To make plan management easier, you can filter plans using the available filter options:

  • All Plans – Shows every plan created for the batch.

  • Active Plans – Shows currently available plans.

  • Inactive Plans – Shows deactivated plans.

These filters help you quickly locate and manage pricing options.

Conclusion

Pricing plans allow you to structure how students pay for your batches. By creating duration-based or class-based plans, managing active and inactive plans, and attaching them directly to a batch, you can offer flexible payment options and simplify the enrollment process for your students.
