You can add students directly to a batch from the Manage section. This allows you to quickly enroll students into a class and track their sessions, attendance, and participation within that batch.

You can either add students who already exist in your student list or create a completely new student profile while adding them to the batch.

Accessing the Students Section in a Batch

To add students to a batch:

  1. Go to the Batches tab in Lynk Tower.

  2. Select the batch where you want to add students.

  3. Click the Manage button to open the batch details.

  4. Switch to the Students section.

Here you will see the list of students currently enrolled in that batch.

Adding an Existing Student

If the student already exists in your system, you can add them directly to the batch.

Steps to Add an Existing Student

  1. In the Students section, click + Select from List.

  2. Search or select the student from the available student list.

  3. Confirm the selection.

The student will now be enrolled in the selected batch.

Creating and Adding a New Student

If the student does not already exist in your system, you can create a new student profile while adding them to the batch.

Steps to Add a New Student

  1. In the Students section, click + Add New.

  2. Enter the student’s basic details.

  3. Save the student profile.

The new student will automatically be added to the batch.

Viewing Student Details in a Batch

Once students are added, you can view important information such as:

  • Student name

  • Enrollment type

  • Last payment details

  • Number of sessions attended

  • Attendance summary

This information helps coaches track student participation and engagement in the batch.

Viewing Student Attendance

You can quickly view a student’s attendance directly from the batch.

The attendance section displays:

  • Present sessions

  • Absent sessions

This makes it easier to monitor how regularly a student attends the class.

Managing Student Actions

From the Actions column, you can perform several actions for each student.

Pause Student

The Pause option temporarily pauses the student’s participation in the batch.

Remove Student

The Remove option removes the student from the batch.

These options help you manage student enrollments efficiently without affecting the rest of the batch.

Conclusion

The Students section makes it easy to add and manage students directly within a batch. By adding existing students, creating new profiles, tracking attendance, and performing actions such as editing, pausing, or removing students, you can efficiently manage student participation and keep your batch organized.
