Session status

  • A session marked as Completed cannot be reverted or changed

Assigned coach

  • The coach who conducted the session cannot be changed after completion

  • This ensures accurate attribution for delivery, accountability, and reporting

Session date, time, and duration

  • The session date cannot be changed

  • The start and end time are locked
