What cannot be edited after a session ends

After a session is completed, Lynk locks certain core details to protect record integrity. This keeps reporting trustworthy and prevents historical data from being changed after the class is delivered.

Locked session details

Session status

  • A session marked as Completed cannot be reverted or changed

  • This prevents retroactive manipulation of session flow and outcomes

Assigned coach

  • The coach who conducted the session cannot be changed after completion

  • This ensures accurate attribution for delivery, accountability, and reporting

Session date, time, and duration

  • The session date cannot be changed

  • The start and end time are locked
