What happens when a session ends

Ending a session finalizes the class. Lynk records in the session planner(if generated), attendance and any coach notes, creating a permanent record for you to refer back and also for the Assistant AI coach to generate progress reports and insights.

Attendance and coach notes are finalized

  • Marked attendance is saved as the final attendance record

  • Any coach notes added during the session are locked in

  • These entries now represent the official outcome of the class


Session moves to completed state

  • The session transitions from ongoing to completed

  • You can still edit the attendance and record further notes post session completion

  • The session becomes part of past data


Used for progress, reporting, and insights

  • Completed sessions feed into student progress tracking

  • Data contributes to reports and operational summaries

  • Coach notes power insights and AI-generated intelligence
