In Lynk Tower, pricing plans are designed to be flexible even after creation. The Edit option allows you to update key details of a plan while ensuring that active enrollments and past records remain unchanged. This helps you refine your offerings without disrupting your ongoing operations.

When Should You Edit a Plan?

You may need to edit a pricing plan when:

  • You want to update the price or description

  • You need to adjust the duration or session count

  • You want to refine the plan name or structure

  • You need to update credit consumption settings

Instead of creating a new plan every time, editing helps you make quick adjustments efficiently.

How to Edit a Pricing Plan

Follow these steps to update an existing plan:

  1. Go to the Pricing section

  2. Select the relevant batch

  3. Locate the plan you want to update

4. Click on the Edit option

5. Make the required changes

6. Save your update

What You Can Edit

Depending on the type of plan, you can modify:

Common Fields

  • Label (Plan Name)

  • Amount

  • Description

Duration-Based Plans

  • Duration Unit (Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly, etc.)

Session-Based Plans

  • Number of Classes

  • Consumption Settings (Conduction-based ON/OFF)

What You Cannot Edit

To maintain consistency, the following field cannot be changed:

  • Pricing Type (Duration-Based or Session-Based)

If your requirement changes, you will need to create a new plan instead.

Best Practices

  • Review changes before saving to avoid confusion for new enrollments

  • Keep plan names clear and descriptive

  • Update pricing thoughtfully to maintain consistency across batches

  • Use descriptions to clearly communicate what the plan includes

Conclusion

Editing pricing plans in Lynk Tower gives you the flexibility to adapt your offerings as your coaching evolves. With just a few updates, you can keep your plans accurate, relevant, and aligned with your business needs—without impacting your existing students.
