Impact of Editing a Batch

When you edit a batch in Lynk, here’s how the system handles the changes:

1. Future Sessions

  • Upcoming sessions automatically update to reflect:

    • New schedule (days and time)

    • Updated venue

    • Revised student list

  • Any sessions not yet conducted will follow the latest batch configuration.

2. Past Sessions

  • Completed sessions remain exactly as recorded.

  • The following stay intact:

    • Attendance records

    • Coach notes

    • Progress reports

  • This ensures reporting accuracy and audit safety.

Why This Matters

  • You can confidently adjust batches without worrying about data loss.

  • Historical performance and attendance stay reliable.

  • Operational changes apply cleanly without disrupting past records.
