1. Future Sessions
Upcoming sessions automatically update to reflect:
New schedule (days and time)
Updated venue
Revised student list
Any sessions not yet conducted will follow the latest batch configuration.
2. Past Sessions
Completed sessions remain exactly as recorded.
The following stay intact:
Attendance records
Coach notes
Progress reports
This ensures reporting accuracy and audit safety.
