How insights should be interpreted

Insights are recommendations, not mandatory instructions.

Introduction

Insights in Lynk are designed to support your coaching decisions—not replace them. They surface patterns and suggestions based on data, but the final judgment always remains with you as the coach.

Think of Insights as guidance you can choose to act on when they align with your session flow and learner needs.

How to Use Insights Effectively

Insights should be reviewed with context in mind—batch dynamics, student mood, and session goals all matter.

Apply Insights When They Fit

When an Insight aligns with your coaching plan:

  • Tap Apply on the Insight

  • You’ll be taken directly to the Session Planner

  • The suggestion can be implemented or adapted within the plan

This allows you to move seamlessly from recommendation to execution.

Ignore Insights When They Don’t Fit

If an Insight doesn’t align with your current session or cohort:

  • You can safely ignore it

  • No changes are forced

  • Your existing plans and records remain unchanged

Ignoring an Insight does not negatively impact future recommendations.

Coach Always Stays in Control

  • Insights do not auto-apply changes

  • They do not override your session plans

  • They exist to assist—not dictate—your coaching approach

You decide what works best in the moment.

Summary

Insights are flexible recommendations meant to support your coaching flow. Apply them when they add value by moving directly into the Session Planner, or ignore them when they don’t fit your context. Lynk empowers you with suggestions—but you remain fully in control.
