Introduction

Coaching decisions are often shaped by patterns that emerge over time—how students show up, how they perform, and how they respond to different drills. Lynk’s Insights are designed to surface these patterns for you, so you don’t have to piece everything together manually.

Insights act as a layer of intelligence on top of your daily coaching workflow, helping you identify what might be most useful to focus on next.

What Insights Are

Insights are AI-generated coaching suggestions that help answer one simple question:

“What should I try in the next sessions?”

They are not generic tips. Each Insight is grounded in real data from your batch and students.

What Data Feeds Into Insights

Lynk AI generates Insights by analyzing multiple inputs, including:

  • Coach notes recorded after sessions

  • Student attendance patterns

  • Progress reports and skill evaluations

  • Batch and session history over time

By combining these inputs, the AI looks for meaningful trends rather than isolated events.

How Insights Are Interpreted

Insights typically highlight:

  • Areas where students may need additional support

  • Skills that are improving and can be progressed further

  • Possible adjustments to session structure or drills

  • Caution areas to watch out for (fatigue, focus, consistency)

They are framed as suggestions—not conclusions.

Summary

Insights in Lynk are best thought of as “what to try next sessions” suggestions. Powered by your notes, attendance, and reports, they help transform past observations into forward-looking guidance. By surfacing patterns and possibilities, Insights support better planning—while keeping the coach fully in control.
